The postures of yoga (asanas) are only 1 of the 8 limbs of yoga. Meditation is another one. The meditation limb has always been tricky for me. I have started many times only to find myself with many good reasons to skip it for just a day and soon enough that day turned into weeks/months.
So here I go again. With the freshness of a new week, I am returning to my mediation practice. Of course, I needed to art direct a meditation area first, since I am convinced if it is pretty and inviting I will definitely show up every day/twice a day to sit and quiet my mind. ......Ohhhhmmmmm.
